See your active task list

Stella replies with everything you've got going right now, in the order you added them.
DONE

See completed tasks from the last 21 days

A quick look at what you've knocked out lately. Stella's 21-day window means anything older has rolled off.
DELETE [task]

Remove a specific task

Type DELETE followed by the task name (or enough of it for Stella to recognize). She removes it and confirms.
PAUSE

Hold all check-ins temporarily

Stella stops sending check-ins until you text UNPAUSE. Your subscription stays active.
UNPAUSE

Resume check-ins

Picks up where you left off. Stella will ask what you want to tackle.
RESCHEDULE

Move a check-in to a new time

Stella will ask when you want her to check in instead.
CLEAR

Wipe your task list and start fresh

Deletes all your active tasks. Completed history is preserved within the 21-day window.

STOP

Unsubscribe from all messages

Per TCPA, replying STOP immediately ceases all outbound messages. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after.
